This is an adorable sample we were sent, but decided not to carry. It is a smocked bust onesie with a bubble shape body. From the bust is an over skirt in a soft tulle. There are snaps for diaper changes and the straps tie. Comes with a matching headband. 95% cotton, 5% polyester. This has never been worn and is new in the package. Size 18-24 Months.
