This skirt is SUCH a cute piece! It is by the classic brand Carter's and is a size 6X. The waist is elastic and it was gently used. The outer features a soft, black and white polka dot mesh in a series of ruffles. It is lined in a black cotton. It shows signs of wear in the lining and waistband, but very little on the outer ruffles. Very good shape and LOTS of life left!
