This is an adorable sample we were sent, but decided not to carry. It is a dress/onesie with a cotton base and a fancy lace overlay.  There are snaps for diaper changes and the straps tie into the waist band. 100% polyester. This has never been worn and is new in the package. Size 3-6 Months.
