Halloweek: The VVitch

It is here...the FINAL installment of 2021's Women in Horror saga, featuring one of my favorite horror movies, The VVitch. This costume was SUCH a challenge, being comprised of the styles of a long gone era...in a child's size. I mixed a strange array of pieces to create a similar look to this colonial 1600s depiction of Thomasin. Here are some reference photos, if you are unfamiliar with the movie.

Now, onto our interpretation...can you spot Black Phillip?
