3 Tiers: A New Way to Shop at Witching Hour Baby

Not sure if you have noticed, but we have exploded in our number of offerings this year because we have started to explore different ways of offering products. Part of this is due to the tarriffs imposed on our country, part is because of new services available to us. We currently offer 3 different types of product offerings: standard HQ (we have them in stock at our office), made to order (designed by us, shipped directly to you from the printer), and direct from maker (sold by us, shipped by the small maker who created it). We can now have twice as many products, but it does cause some confusion as one order can come from several different places. 

How will this affect the future?

• Sales may only be on certain categories
• Shipping costs may be a bit higher if you mix products from different categories
• Items from makers might be suddenly marked down or disappear. We have no control over editing their items and sometimes they sell out quickly or get marked down without notice to us.

What won't be affected: our customer service! We will still stand by every item and if the manufacturer or maker makes mistakes, we will work hard to make it right with the level of service we are known for.
